Bomberová, Eva ; Sochor, Jan (referee) ; Mléčka, Jan (advisor)
1. Identification details Viticulture in Jaroslavice 2. urbanistic solution The place that I am thinking about is the ground located on the edge of village Jaroslavice. It takes 6,5ha. Owners of this ground are husband and wife Markel. My the most important idea for the viticulture is its implanting to the landscape and make the viticulture that will be a family business. The objects of the viticulture are situated on the square place connected to the house, that survived as the only one after the building the brickyard and becoming the family house. Individual services are located according to continuity of production. The part used for living is with the view for the landscape, because of the privacy of visitors. In the center of the court is the place for eating, meeting owners with visitors and with wine, of course. There are two roads that separate two parts: the part of working and the part for visitors and their comfort. The part of the land close to the existing house has plane character, so it is realy good place for the court and also for the wheelchairs access to each buildings. There is no need to modify the land to much because there are no subterranean parts of the objects. The land is also used for increasing capacity vineyards. The rest of the big land could be used for setting fruits plantation – apple trees, plum trees and so on. Even thought the entire set of objects is compact, each of the objects are separated so the construction could be gradual. The most important are the manufacturing and store parts, the parts for meeting, tasting and living could be done later. 3. Architectonic solution The restful place close to the nature in the south of the Moravia region is the ideal place for rest connected with visiting the family viticulture. The design is trying for the best connection between good business and finding a nice place for living. The face of All the objects comes from the existing house. The wooden sheathing unites all the objects. The vision is that the viticulture should befit to the landscape and do not disturb uniqueness of this place. It is thanks to the nature material that getting old together with its surroundings.

On a basis of my project of the second year of bachelor's study on the Faculty of Civil Engineering the following bachelor's thesis is prepared, which goes on to the Documentation for Building Permit and Documentation for Construction. The theme of the work is Family Winery Válka in the village of Nosislav. The bachelor's thesis is the Family Winery Válka. The basic idea of my project was to create a modern wine-making complex and a guest house for people who decided to visit the winery for wine degustation. There were designed objects for production, sales and housing. The Family Winery includes a winemaker's house, a bouquets store, a large warehouse, expedition warehouse, a refuelling hall, a pressing hall, several sheds for storing devices and tractor parking, a house 153 with a brigadier's dressing room, administration and grandmother's apartment. A guest house is situated on a separate land over Masarykova street. The production complex includes warehouses, tank room and pressing machines room. Its structure is made up of steel elements: pillars, beams and trusses. Facades of production buildings are made of wooden cladding and black interlocking metal cladding panels. The buildings have a gable type and shed type of roofs. Other objects have a brick system. The restaurant building is located on the southwest side of the property, has a rectangular ground plan and two above-ground floors. 1st floor is partially embedded into the ground. At the top of the land, there are a number of three residential buildings that constitute a guest house. Each object is more than half a meter above it. In this way they characterize the complicated nature of the land. Objects have a rectangular ground plan, above the entrances there are raised black steel awnings. The roofs of all the buildings are gable and made of black interlocking metal cladding panels, including one of the facades. Other facades are made of wooden cladding.

At the top of the land, there is a residential building that constitute a guest house. The building has two floors and serves as accommodation. From the side of the main entrance, the building has the characteristic appearance of family house. From the inside of the territory, the facade of the pension becomes more interesting by expanding the ground floor and adding large terrace doors. My choice of facade and roof solution fell on wood because it is an amazing material that looks great in combination with almost everything that exists, and even after years, the miraculous power of trees can be felt.

The area, in which the vinery is located, is characterized by a compact type L development. Surrounding objects are mostly single-storey with a saddle roof facing towards the street. Winery land is easily available from main roads. It is on a flat terrain, with a slope opposite communications. The main idea of the design was to create an environment, that meets the requirements for different situations occurring in family winery. The location of the building on the plot sensitively respects the character of the surrounding development. The mass of the object is created by merging the classical shape with the neoplasm. The exterior staircase, surrounding the well, acts as a dividing element of the public and private part of the yard.
